1. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use Cloudz. Any attempt to circumvent age verification will result in immediate permanent ban.

2. Zero Tolerance

• No threats, harassment, or bullying of any kind
• No nudity or sexual content unless in designated uncensored zones (Pro subscribers only)
• No hate speech based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexuality
• No sharing of personal information of others without consent
• No illegal activity of any kind

3. AI Moderation

Cloudz uses real-time AI moderation including blur detection, auto bleep, and content analysis. Violations are flagged automatically and reviewed by our trust and safety team.

4. Skip & Connection Rules

Free users may skip after a mandatory 5-second window. Pro subscribers may skip instantly. Abuse of the skip system to harass users will result in account suspension.

5. Reporting

Use the Report button at any time. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

6. Streamers

Streamers must follow all platform rules at all times while live. Banner advertisers are subject to additional advertiser guidelines. Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed.

7. Freedom of Speech

Cloudz supports open conversation. However, freedom of speech does not protect threats, incitement, doxxing, or hate speech. Content related to religion and politics requires the specific filter to be enabled.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cloudz Ltd. regarding your use of the Cloudz platform, website, and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cloudz. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Streamer subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create remains yours. You grant Cloudz a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. Clips and highlights may be shared by you but remain subject to community rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cloudz is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

1. What We Collect

• Account email and password (hashed)
• IP address (for moderation and fraud prevention)
• Chat logs (retained 30 days for moderation)
• Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe)

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not record video or audio streams
• We do not sell data to third parties
• We do not track you across other websites

3. AI Moderation Data

AI moderation processes video frames locally in real time to detect violations. Frames are not stored unless a violation is detected and a report is filed.

4. IP Allowlisting

Cloudz supports IP-based access controls. Pro subscribers can manage allowed IP ranges in their account settings for added security.

5. International Users

If you are located in the EU, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and deletion of your personal data. Contact privacy@cloudzmingle.com to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained until deletion is requested. Chat logs are auto-deleted after 30 days. Billing records are retained 7 years as required by law.
